Well, I haven't kept up with this as well as I'd hoped, but I still am keeping up with it.

I had a pretty good thanksgiving. Spent it with David, his sister (Rachel), his mom (Vicky), and his mom's boyfriend (Ron). I baked a cake for it, which is awesome, especially because our oven likes to burn stuff. Rachel commented on how good it was, then remembered about the oven, and said it was amazing considering the circumstances. It made me happy, because she bakes quite a bit.

Work has been pretty slow, although it's started to pick up now that the Durham Performance Art Center opened up across the street. Last night (Sunday night) BB King played there for the first performance. Apparently they got swamped. Hopefully the GM will start scheduling people wisely. Because even though I made good money tonight, I am tired beyond belief. It shouldn't be possible to make $550 in sales in 5 hours with most of the checks coming to $20. Oh well. I get to talk to my manager tomorrow about making the day shift do silverware, because we ran out by the end of the night. We were also out of most of our wines. All in all, not fun. Oh well.

I'm excited that I have furniture now. Well, more furniture. David's dad (Peter) gave us some. So now we have another couch, a dining room table, a couple of folding chairs, a bedside table, and an actual bed. I also have my stuff that was in Peter's attic. I want to get a bookcase at some point so that I can display my porcelain dolls.

I should be getting to bed at some point in the near future. I will have pictures eventually. I just have no way to take them.

Dang, Tansy. You are up late! Well, I'm up early, so there! I have to study for a Biology final, and get a bunch of homework done, and it is Matt's birthday, so I need to get some things done for him. I'm glad business is picking up for you. That's always good.

Anyways, I'll talk to you later. You should think about coming up sometime during the holidays. We'd love to have you!
